About the event
Come in from the cold. The Winter Reset is a two-day, co-ed retreat in Calgary and surrounding area — two days to exhale, reset, and come home to yourself. Day 1: grounding, mindset, and journaling. Day 2: breathwork, a dream catcher workshop (all materials included — take yours home), and a closing sound bath. Tea and coffee both days. No experience needed — just cozy clothes and a willingness to slow down. Day use only (no overnight accommodation). Exact venue to be announced.
